ParticipantI think this property is very well priced for this neighborhood and should sell quickly. La Jolla Alta is a popular area with lower priced homes and you still get the benefits of LJ.

ParticipantYou pay $10k just for MR and HOA and another $13k for property tax which is almost $2k/month for all fees and taxes!!?? Is that really worth it? Why not buy a house in La Jolla for a little more and save on MR and taxes…? Am I missing something?

Isn’t it because the 2010 model of Prius has a black box whereas the older model don’t?
