As far as distressed properties in Stonebridge, I think there will be more to come, especially in the higher end neighborhoods with purchase dates around 2005/06 when buyers were paying crazy amounts to get in these homes.

What I meant is that many Americans cannot identify themselves with the extreme positions of the 2 main parties. However, the smaller parties have been mostly ignored.

If we assume the likely scenario that the interest rates will go up over the next years then more homeowners at Stonebridge will end up defaulting and home prices will drop.

ParticipantThank you for your input. I didn’t realize that this is a Serenity home. Some of the Sanctuary homes were sold at this price and they are way nicer.
