I can understand and agree with a lot of what you said. But where would you live? What fits that criteria?

we probably would have put an offer in on this one if I knew it would go for 364k when it was listed at 455k. Freaking awesome! Who wouldn’t want to live on a boulder. If the kid doesn’t make it to his 6th birthday, it is his fault.
I do hope this trend continues so that I can come happily back, instead of begrudgingly!
