Even without any exaggeration, he has 0% saving rate right now. If you include his wife school loans, they have negative saving rate.

Even without any exaggeration, he has 0% saving rate right now. If you include his wife school loans, they have negative saving rate.

I have seen similar homes with similar facilities with HOA of $300+/month.

ParticipantYeah $400+ per sq ft is expensive. But someone is buying it. The house is small but that is the only thing in Carmel Valley (near the 5 fwy) that I think I might be able to afford. I need to live near Mira Mesa but don’t like most of it. Except the newer homes along Calle Cristobal which are not cheap either.
