ParticipantI am an independent and voted Ron Paul but this post is laughable.
I don’t like all the bailouts that were given out but do you think McCain would have done anything different? Before leaving office Bush already set up the course of action for bailouts to come. And the TARP was created before Obama came into office.
Bush didn’t bailout the Auto companies but he only delayed the action so Obama would have to sign the paper. Do you think the US would allow the big two to fail?

ParticipantPChem is 3 times harder than OChem. I got an A in OChem and a C in Pchem and I was really happy. One of my friend got 16/100 for her final exam and she failed.

My sister’s base salary is $52K, however because of overtime, last year her total pay was $65K. Can my sister uses her base salary to qualify? I think housing appreciation won’t be like the early 2000s any time soon so there is not much concern about profitting. As long as my sister can get an affordable place it is great.
This program is in a very nice city with good schools. The homes are 1300-1500 sqf.
one more question, my sister is single right now and her income meets the qualification. However, she plans to get married next year and her fiancee has high income. Will this affects anything once she bought the house?
