Wow, thanks for that information Radelow. The couple living in the house don’t look like they have 800K to spend on a house (they’re very young).
It still begs the question why would anyone spend that much for a crummy little house in North Park? 800K would get you a much nicer house almost anywhere in SD county. For that much money you’d think you’d get at least 2 bathrooms!!!

The sellers on Nile Street should talk to the lady on Bancroft who has been trying to sell her (larger) home for several months. She started asking around 650K and is now down to 499. Still no takers. Maybe removing the bars would give it more curb appeal, ya think?

We live just south of St Augustines in North Park. I can’t figure this neighborhood out. The closer to University you get, the more apartments/condos there are and the more ghetto it seems. But there are plenty of houses still selling, slowly, for prices that don’t make sense.
