Participant
With all the pressures of life and the sheer complexity of our brains, I am almost surprised more people don’t go postal.
I tend to see individuals like this as people with a screw loose, or in scientific terms “nutcases”. This would include Timothy McVay and the Unibomber guy, probably throw in Manson for good measure and the nightstalker while I am thinking about it.
I am 100% convinced that this individual is a raving loony with a broken brain. It has happened before and will happen again. Probably more as things get more stressful in our world.
Yes and no. As callous as it sounds, the human race is large enough to absorb isolated fractures. Containing the spread is important, and ensuring it doesn’t become mainstream is vital. A 1,500 page manifesto (I have only heard snippets), sounds like the work of a calculating mind. It may be that Hitler and Stalin were mad as well, but the important thing here is the damage creeds, causes, religion etc can do when they go viral. Who is more insane; the soldier or the general? They may argue, insanity is ultimately just a shift from what we consider normal.

ParticipantSince radical right wing westerners and radical middle easterners seem to have so much hatred of each other, why don’t they agree to meet in some remote place and fight it out amongst themselves instead of taking it out on innocent people? I find it very hard to take any movement seriously that resorts to medieval methods in a modern world.

Participant$1000 is expensive, but it what attorneys charge. The question is, do you need a living trust? They are usually for estates of $2m upwards. A Will is essential, more straight forward and cheaper.

ParticipantBrian, all the smaller European countries speak good English, some better than we do. The Germans do as well, even the French are begrudgingly getting better, or perhaps less resistant to the idea.
I think the insinuation is that right wing terrorism is already here. Wasn’t Timothy McVeigh an anti big government, anti-socialist terrorist?
