We are in escrow for a SFH. We have waited since 2004 and feel the timing is good for us now personally.
This site is great. Thank you Rich for starting this and thank you all Piggs for the great knowledge and information shared.
On the note above about making it paid access, I think if it is paid people will just buy access during their purchase process and exchange mostly data.
The way it is now Piggs exchange views on whole load of topics from economy, to family, to financial planning, to sports, to real estate.
I think it is difficult to put a dollar value to some of that exchange. The site is incredible that’s all I can say.
