Participant
In my experience, the primary benefit in all cash is the sureness of closing. That is less of a component in short sales.
In short I find it to be of very little advantage.
Urbanrealtor, in a normal sale (i.e. not a short), how big of an advantage is an all-cash offer ?

I own http://www.totalkitchenstore.comWe sell high quality stuff at wholesale prices. Sure, I have personal interest in the issue, but as someone who’s been in this industry for a long time, I would encourage anyone considering a remodel to buy cabinetry that comes ready to install, not ready to assemble.

I was looking at the “Virtual Kitchen Showroom”. I don’t see a price for the kitchen counters. Is that not included in the total price ?

Participant
I’ll take a kid that isn’t truely gifted with strong work ethics + parent involvement versus a truely gifted kid that otherwise is lazy. I’ve seen my fair share of peers that were “gifted” that wasted their early part of their life away.
flu, good point.
Dingeman elementary school in Scripps has a GATE Cluster Diversity program in which they mix the GATE student with the rest of the students in the classrooms (at least 25% of the students are GATE students).
I’m wondering if Dingeman does this so that:
– GATE students are less likely to think that they are “special”.
– GATE students learn work/study with the other students & still have their needs addressed by GATE-trained teachers.gn
