    I work for qc and they are always laying off people in very small numbers/ they never announce it though

    BTW: QC revenue is >$9B/year

    Most of my friends and I are in CA because of our jobs, not because of weather…

    Guys,
    Before working as an IT professional, I was working as an embedded system programmer programming some microcontrollers and DSPs.
    I do have MS in EE.
    But then, I made a switch to IT for so many reasons and am very happy with the switch..
    BTW: I work as an IT Infra Architect but I do love programming enterprise apps.
