    Yes, supply and demand at work for sure but same can be said for the madness in 2004/2005 as well…
    There were houses and there were people ready to pay prices..
    Mira mesa is still a so so neighborhood but $600K for a house in Mira Mesa is way too much, it is just me..

    My wife and I love renting because we spend more time on quality stuffs ( we have 2 kids ) rather than on maintaining house.
    Also, I love the freedom of renting: can move anywhere any time as my kids are still small, no chores, no trips to home depot.. etc

    My wife and I love renting because we spend more time on quality stuffs ( we have 2 kids ) rather than on maintaining house.
    Also, I love the freedom of renting: can move anywhere any time as my kids are still small, no chores, no trips to home depot.. etc
