ParticipantI commute to work 2.3 miles one way. I am in Mira mesa
Sometimes I bike to work, I feel guilty about using car for so little distance but still use my car a lot..
been trying a lot to only bike to work..
But, with 2 kids and stay at home spouse, I go to my apartment/house almost everyday for lunch.
Nothing like having the convenience of working close
if it comes to trade off: smaller house for smaller distance for sure. For me, it greatly increases my quality of life..fun4vnay2

There were houses and there were people ready to pay prices..
Mira mesa is still a so so neighborhood but $600K for a house in Mira Mesa is way too much, it is just me..fun4vnay2
