One real estate agent told me the foundation of some houses in Tierrasanta was bad and was on newspaper before , not sure how old of those houses, not sure if it happened to condo too ? he just told us not to buy houses in Tierrasanta.

Some of my friends are interested in Manzanita trail but they concern the power lines too closed to this community.
