ParticipantIt’s going to completely depend on the area, of course. Oceanside and other areas are so down that I’m sure there will be a lot of sales this spring. I still don’t think we’ve hit bottom though. I’m thinking once we hit 96-97 prices even in coastal areas is when it will bottom out.

ParticipantI have one of those bed toppers that you put on a cheaper regular mattress and it works great. You can get them at Target for about $100.
