ParticipantAs a recent transplant out from DC area, I’ve noticed that locals out here seem to be generally apolitical.
I often visit DC and it seems to me everything there is over-politicized. Everything from what you drink and eat to which hand you wipe your ass with, is viewed in terms of politics.
I think coming from there to any part of the US, the people would seem apolitical.

ParticipantFor the record, I think we are still at least another 10% from the bottom in San Diego prices. But one thing is true, it’s clearly a better time to buy now than, say 2005.
