    The buyer may be able to get back his overage. Sue both the Appraiser and Realtor. This is a dishonest practice and needes to be curbed

    Sumthing smells here !!! The buyer must be real dumb or from another planet.
    A schmidt 111 must be a helluva realtor.Don’t you all agree?
    How can you trust realtors like these? It makes me shudder.

    sdrealtor- One of these appear on foreclosure.com . I don’t have a subscription to get the facts
    Won’t this damage their credit?
    IS it ethical for a realtor to be using the MLS to do this(flipping)? Does he declare this to a buyer that it is realtor owned

    Do you think they bought these to flip? At foreclosure.com one of these appear.
    I believe these upper priced houses will suffer a considerable decrease rather than the 700 and below houses?

    Have you noticed they are mostly in San MArcos -San Elijio Hills.

    Cheer up. You might be selling the same house down the line a few months from now. There seems to be about 12 on the market in the same area.

    The house is hemmed in.The people in the back look down on you. Each side is surrounded by neighbors with huge barking pit bulls. Would you buy here.??
    The Mello roos and HOA is a mini Mtge(5000).Good old Mello Roos.It always come back to bite you!!.
    If I were a buyer I would stay away from San Eligio Hills until they do something about the high taxes. This is my humble opinion folks

    Whatever happened to 1847 shadetree? Is it in foreclosure?
    the zip link does not list it. However, a house on shadetree is in pre. I do not have a subscription to get the full address.
