ParticipantBut, I just read a post where a guy said that seeing his child play with a puppy in the backyard of a home that he owned vs rented was his motivation for buying now. Besides that, people that he works with have also decided to buy now. So those reasons certainly override any logic and common sense from hard data that he should NOT buy now. (In addition, a realtor probably told him that it was a good time to buy)
