ParticipantKaiser here in San Diego has been nothing but great for our family. I had ACL (knee) reconstruction and it went perfectly – I’m 100% now and had a great surgeon. My wife had our first baby last year at Zion and it was great as well. When I have an appointment, they are always on time or even early. I couldn’t ask for much more.
I think some markets aren’t as great as San Diego, so she may want to ask friends/colleagues up in SF how their experiences have been.

My 2000 Silverado single-cab short-bed is on the market if any of you Piggs need a good truck!!! It’s a V6 so the gas mileage is not too bad.

ParticipantThe most memorable moment I have from the various San Diego attractions is the Photo Caravan Safari offered by the San Diego Wild Animal Park. It was a bit pricey ($90/person), but TOTALLY worth it.
They took us out on a flatbed truck into the area where the animals are. We got to HAND FEED huge Rhinos and Giraffes…it was so freakin cool. Highly recommended!
