I found out yesterday that this ‘friend’ now got a job down in San Diego, so they will be moving down here.

Funny part is, they’re going to rent thier house in Murrieta and have POSITIVE CASH FLOW from it because the payment is so low now, thanks to the write-down to $300k and the interest rate reduction.
