I’m a huge fan of the iPhone – switched from a BlackBerry on Verizon to a 3gs on ATT. Have to say, ATT service isn’t as bulletproof as VZ, but it’s really not THAT big of a difference. The superior Apple device makes it well worth it – iPhone is hands down a better phone than anything else I’ve used, IMO. It will be interesting to see how Android comes along and if VZ will stick with it or add the iPhone to its offering.

Absolutely agree. Our bank was always on the conservative side on the way up, and it has paid off big time. Companies with solid cash flows and net worth are easily getting credit, and at very favorable terms. We are hungry for C&I loans right now…not so much investor CRE, though.
