Thanks to the CSM, I see a business opportunity for the unemployed: start the liberal gun club of Hillcrest whose goal is help you stop the purse snatchers and the prop 8 people.
What if these articles are a plot to increase gun/ammo sales to raise sagging state/fed tax revenues. My militia people tell ammo wont stay on the shelf. It the only growth industry. 🙂

Firearms sales have their cycles, but types of buyers – and their motivations – have shifted.”equalizerParticipantThanks to the CSM, I see a business opportunity for the unemployed: start the liberal gun club of Hillcrest whose goal is help you stop the purse snatchers and the prop 8 people.

ouch on the Yaris and the SmartForTwo.
Why now? Why did these clowns never perform these tests earlier? They have always said you cant compare the rating between classes. Yeah, because the MFMs never did the required testing. Then they push hybrids in the middle of the video. They are funded by the insurance companies, but it sure makes you wonder if they got any stimulus funding or donations from Toyota because Camry hybrid sales are tanking and they want to stop sales of small cars. If anyone can get hold of these guys inquiring minds would like to know. Here’s a site that does a good job of meshing safety data from NHTSA and IIHS and pointing out flaws from their results.

equalizerParticipant
That was a good call. Took a while, but it’s happening.
check out the 2/2 unit:
sold on 08/10/2005: $450,000
listing price now: $269,000.HOA is so high at $343 Monthly
I did live in one of the 2/2 units 10 years ago. We did check out prices when they converted in 2004. I would say in 1999 if were sold it would have been 170K, HOA 200, but with IR at 7.75%. Just happened to drive by the place today and the park is nice across the street, seems quiet.
