ParticipantRobert Griswald (Property manager – used to have a radio program on sat kogo) said to never buy a 1 bedroom unit if have a choice. My observation from living in UTC area for a dozen years confirms that advice. I lived in Lucera back in late 90’s in a 2bedroom top unit. Pretty nice place, but the living room is so tiny because the fireplace took up so much space. The bedrooms are nice sized. The 1 car garage is terrible. Odd thing is that there seemed to be room to build more garages, but that would never happen now.
For those looking for 2 car garage, look at Las Palmas complex across from the Vons.

Good post. What juices are you drinking on your diet weekends? Most juices are high on sugar, what about protein drink, Ensure,etc? Probably just 400-500 calories is the key, right?
