The County also has pension with 8% guarantee I believe. The Federal Govt stopped new pensions in early 80s. How the heck could any Govt agency have continued pensions after that 80’s is criminal, unless you happen to be lucky enough to have that pension. 🙂

Chill out. I think you are take my rants too literally, they are laced with satire. I’m not dumb enough to take on Cuban, a bright if impetuous businessman. His HDNET channels were visionary. Now his mamma stock was just sucker bet, don’t know why he went there.

His is just a civil case for now, but his defense is selective prosecution, not denial.
