pros: tucked in and quiet,large lot
cons: a bit distant from schools, high mello-roos,one way in and out, a little bit too quiet on the streets…IMO, the new house price is inflated and resale too, because of the CA new house credit and prime selling season.

EchooooParticipantwe went to copperwood office too, but was hesitate because we feel the price is too high and we don’t like it is so close to San Marcos. Could it be possible someday it will be re-zoned to San Marcos school board? Do you mind sharing the price you paid and what plan on what size lot? Thanks.
