beachlover, we are not really pigs, but humans with human nature. Have you ever gossiped about someone behind their back or swore at another driver who couldn’t hear you? It’s like that – just all in good fun. There are some harsh posters and some really helpful posters and some harsh/helpful posters. It would be boring if everyone was nice. None of us like to see someone lose a home but their point is most of them did not do diligent/responsible financial planning. And we all want to see housing prices come down. There are a lot of cute houses in “Olde Escondido” My daughter bought one in ’05 and put thousands of dollars into plumbing problems before selling last year just in the nick of time. We have been watching prices fall there for a year. I love the character of these old houses too. But watch out for that neighborhood. My grandson got robbed of his ipod by a local gang.Participanteccen in esc
