It was 14 and a half Billion in 2007? I’m surprised the herders were that stupid up through August and it ended up that high. And now it’s going to drop to 4-5 billion given the tighter qualifying market and dramatic price drops that are yet to come.

After hooking up with one of them you just better hope you live another 30 years … or your corn gets popped for good! lol
BTW – did you ever pull the trigger when you had an itchy finger a few months back or did you stay put and save some more green? I’m sure those homes you were looking at must be down at least another 10-15% or more with much more to go.

This is one of many homes out there and there are many 1.1mil to 1.2 that will meet your criteria sdrealtor with a 20% drop over the next few months. There is a lot of inventory at higher prices on Redfin and some have been there for a while. The 2400 sq ft criteria is more than a decent home size – it’s above average it appears. The home above is older but in turnkey condition with established landscapes – very little needs to be done imo.
