It is becoming obvious that some homeowners on this board are trying to keep their home values up with keystrokes, or just trying to prove that they are so much smarter than the slobs believing home values still have declines ahead. I think they are still falling, I saw this on Mish today:

The Driftwood location is out in the middle on no where, packed with people, the place is old, large & loud, family seating, great BBQ, large portions, and my favorite, you can bring in your own beer with no charge. If you like to grill, try using the grilling planks for fish. I like to get them so hot the edges of the plank start to burn and give the fish even more of a smokier flavor.
