The inspector can see lots of issues or building code problems we can’t see. The cost is about $300-$500 depending on the size of the house. I can’t believe the asking price of this house. It is not like this house is in SF or Bay Area where it can command such value. It will be interesting to see how long this will sit in the market and sold at what price.
