Funny. I was getting lunch from Whole Foods one day and I saw a table set up by 2 guys with a banner reading LaRouchePAC (not sure about spelling) with picture of President Obama. The banner read “Needs Adult Supervision” or something to that effect. The thing that really got me was they had painted Hitler mustache on Obama’s face…I mean, seriously, a black Hitler? Do they even know what Hitler stood for? I bet Hitler is rolling over in his grave for seeing himself compared as an equal with a man whose father is African… Oh wait, there is no grave of Hitler…

An observation. So in order for the buyers to actually get some good deals, we need the sellers to be still making pretty $$$. This is a problem as more and more people lose jobs or income…

true… I know a few who got the license just so that they could keep the real estate fee in the family when a family member is buying/selling house..
