    Just to update everyone that Ruffin Road center had nasal sprays today. We got our 3 year old daughter one.

    Excellent !!! Coming in Jan 2010 as per the website. I wonder what this extra inventory along with the possible ongoing distress homes will do to pricing in the area. CW seems to be a new developer. Anyone here with any more info on the builder and these new developments?

    Chanteclair released yet another release this month. Any locals there who have the price list of the current phase? Is the builder including any upgrades this time? The new home market is completely dried up in 4s ranch.
