Check out this bonus with the listing verbiage:
Seller Will Relocate and Home Needs A New Owner
It would be pretty funny if “seller relocation” weren’t part of the package. I guess they mean “seller will NOT convey.”
As far as home needing a new owner…. isn’t that the case with every house on the market?

CritterParticipantLet’s also salute the developers who took mediocare apartment units and made them into mediocre condos – some without washer/dryers in the units or garages (but they did have granite) – and then added HOA fees to the condo prices (same gardener though).
When they didn’t sell, some of these developers turned the condos back into apartments!

CritterParticipantExcellent advice. One more piece – think carefully about every possible scenario that could happen in future, including –
you or your spouse losing your job
divorce
having children
emergency medical situationsand, the possibility that your home could go down in value. Contrary to the opinion of a few on this board, it is NOT OK to just walk or mail in the keys if things don’t “go right.” This is a binding contract and there is no weasel clause on your end. Blaming the lender and saying it is “their fault” is a child’s response to an adult situation.
If you are confident that you can handle life changes and are not looking at a home purchase as something that can ONLY go up – and you have done your homework – then proceed.

CritterParticipantThe listing states year built 2007. From that do we deduce the original structure was torn down and this is a completely new home?
Do we further deduce that all costs to rebuild x3 are factored into the new price?
What do you think the owners really spent to get this built?
