ParticipantHmm, what about property taxes?
I would much rather buy a place at a lower price and higher interest rate. That way property taxes are lower and I have the opportunity to refi to lower rates if they ever come back down.

I would much rather buy a place at a lower price and higher interest rate. That way property taxes are lower and I have the opportunity to refi to lower rates if they ever come back down.
