CoronitaParticipant
If it is correct, the property address is not allowed to be shown according to California Government Code Section 6254.21, which protects public officials and appointees, including law enforcement. So, that’s an interesting tidbit.
There’s nothing out of the ordinary about this.
If you search by parcel number, the address is never shown…Try it yourself. Search your own address, get your parcel number, and then go back and search by parcel number alone… Same thing…
Nothing unusual about that…
CoronitaParticipantI found out that there are two very very fast way to lose weight.
1. Have your colon removed. That drops 20lbs right there…
2. Chemotherapy is a great way to maintain your weight.. You don’t feel like eating as much. Once off though, watch out. You’ll gain that weight right back…
But in all seriousness, there are various factors to being overweight. Some of it isn’t poor eating habbits. Some of it is is medical related (or can be)… People with a low metabolism for instance.
CoronitaParticipantMeanwhile I wonder how EV cars are going to do..
CoronitaParticipant

impound account… 2% return by CA law….Better than than a CD!
That plus lower interest rate. I thought the impound acct. Was a nobrainer…
Can’t have an impound account if you don’t have a mortgage. Just sayin’.
Rub it in.. Rub it in….
CoronitaParticipant
LOL that sounds like something an American company would do.
But I will put that down as a possible outcome.
Well I’m just thinking…See Saudi Arabia says that they are profitable even if oil is $40/barrel… Some say they are still profitable at $25/barrel… There’s no way US shale companies can be profitable at that level..And a lot of these shale companies were on borrowed money and they will go under. Who’s going to pick up after this mess? Doesn’t seem like we have any real laws to prevent a company from OPEC nations or from China from acquiring such assets, especially if they are flush with cash…
It would be kind of ironic that you would have foreign companies buying U.S. shale companies to produce oil here in the U.S. (and associated pollution) for oil that is consumed overseas.. I guess it would be karma for us buying cheap products from China made in factories that pollute the environment over there….

Municipalities will always pay their bonds and employees. They may cut services to the bones and citizens will suffer. But if they reach a point they can’t pay anymore, there’s a process called bankruptcy. Detroit did it.
And Detroit is proving that, yes they can rewrite contracts all the time if push comes to shove…

CoronitaParticipant
LoL, $500k isn’t even enough for my house in the ghetto, much less yours in that swanky zip code.
And there you go again…Trying to act all humble and such…. I mean come on, you’ve got a front and backyard lawn, you have A/C, and you have a lot of walls…..
I can’t afford A/C, or a front or backyard, and walls cost me too much to put up in my hood.. So I have a downstairs monolithic gigantic room that serves as kitchen, family, and living room all at the same time!
Although, I think my lizards are much stronger than your lizards that infest your backyard. Afterall, there’s much less stuff my lizards can munch on in my backyard, so the ones that survive must be much tougher than your whimpy lizards infesting your backyard full of vegetation..

CoronitaParticipant
I’ve made millions using my method of “Just Ask”. Sign up for my conference for just $299.95 and I’ll explain the details and provide (for additional cost) materials and templates of letters you can use to “Just Ask”. You’d be amazed at what you can get. I’ve bought near million dollar houses from engineer types for half their value. All you have to do it “Just Ask”.

Lol…
Do you have a $299.95 class that you will teach me…on how I can think…for myself?

CoronitaParticipant
These are just investors fishing. It costs 50c and if 1 in 100,000 fall for that. They just spent $550K for a nice house. They are not even willing to attach a photo of their family, showing that they really want to control the cost of mailing this letter.
Are people really *that* stupid though?
CoronitaParticipantI don’t know things have been going pretty well….
1. My W2 total comp is at peak. My company might be teetering back and forth, but I’m use to it now (sort of)…
2. My rental income is providing good backup source of income….
3. My fixed rate debt obligations are rock bottom and my outstanding good debt (is any debt really good? 🙂 is going down…
4. Stocks are near high, and though I might not be having the best returns right now, it’s still beating that 1% CD for the past few years…
5. Job market hasn’t been terrible for nerds and geeks.I wish the local markets had better rental properties that could cash flow…I know if I tried a lot harder and look elsewhere, there probably can be more rental properties outside of SD. But I don’t think I’m ready to be a full time landlord all over the place (if ever)…I don’t think the rental market is topped out, and folks seriously want to do this full time probably can do it even today if they are more flexible in where they buy rentals (not in SD for example)…. I’m not ready for that yet….My own fault and limitation.
The only thing that isn’t getting better is my driving. My car is setup just fine, and everyone that drives it is surprised how well it’s setup…But every month my driving gets worse….
And no, we didn’t see that average 30-35%+ plunge in home prices in Carmel Valley or Del Mar that people were expecting to see..And no, we didn’t see all that pent up shadow inventory in this area that supposedly existed too.

CoronitaParticipantI have to thank all ambulance chasing lawyers…If it weren’t for you, how else would my umbrella insurance with personal injury liability double next year???

CoronitaParticipant
Offer to sell it to her, write a contract for $475k, and tell her she’s getting a deal. If she’s paying cash, there might not be any appraisal.
Nothing wrong with taking advantage of people with more money than good sense. By her letter, she doesn’t sound aged, infirm, or or unsound mind.
Wow. $475k. That would cover the downpayment of sfh in the hood she dropped this letter off in.
I’d rather wait for that nice family from Asia that drops $1.1+m cash without blinking
CoronitaParticipant
I haven’t seen any wallet opening. The biggest unnecessary expenditures of the last decade? Wars. Did the people who propose them pay?
But hey we need wars. If we don’t exert our #1 military force, people might actually expect us Americans to actually pay all our debt back…
CoronitaParticipantAs long as I don’t go down with it, I don’t care anymore if Rome burns down…I’ve stopped carrying when everyone else stopped carrying only talked about carrying right up to the point that they have to open up their own wallets and asked everyone else to pay except themselves.
