That will be fun to watch… but unlikely. People said markets would fall if Donnieboy got elected.
How’s doom and gloom working out for you so far? Lol
CoronitaParticipant
Right now the market(s) are still betting Trump wins by a long shot.
IMO If Bernie gets the nomination the insurance and drug companies will have a hissy fit and go into all out war mode I think he will have a very hard time.
The markets (housing and stocks) will plummet if it looks like he could actually win, taking down the pension funds of a lot of his supporters. The US Dollar will lose about 50% of its value.
If he wins it will be the start of the little war (you would probably not like the results of).
Actually, I disagree with you on this one. It’s been proven time and time again, that no matter who we have in office, it really doesn’t drastically make a difference *that* much on the domestic markets. Remember when the markets violently reacted to Trump’s win the day after. Pretty much two weeks later that minor dip was made up. Same people were predicting the same thing would happen when Obama took over.
The best part of the US system is that once you have money and short of being on a W2 paycheck income, the US tax laws are so complicated, its just a matter of figuring out the new rules that allow you to (legally) pay less taxes than salary slave W2 people have to normally pay. So the only goal really should be, while things are going great in the economy right now, make as much money in the best of times we have now….And IF the the tax laws drastically changes and heavily penalizes W2 salaried employees (as they normally do), retire and have $0 in W2. Salary slaves can pay more taxes all they want, lol. People hoping for a big correction will be disappointed once again. As they were generally wrong about all the big corrections up to this point.
CoronitaParticipant
flu…. humm, money and power from a “fake” economy.
Just so you know, China does not issue non-china passports. Perhaps other countries are all to eager to take “fake’ chinese money?
If we were generous, we could issue American visas and travel documents to Uyghurs, for free. it would only take a directive from Mike Pompeo for American Consulates in China and around the world, to issue those visas.
Who said anything about China making fake passports of other countries? That was your interpretation, apparently from limited reading comprehension…
Have you even been to China Brian? Never mind, your answer is going to be yes, even if in reality it’s really no.

Of course what they’ll do is round up everyone with any respiratory symptoms, novel corona, the flu, or the common cold. Put them all together, so that the folks with the flu and common cold will also now have corona.
Come on now ocrenter. You know how it works in China. If you have money, power, connections, and influence, you aren’t actually one of the people quarantined. You use your money , power , influence to get another non-china passport to GTFO of China as fast as you can. You pull a Ghosn disappearing act. How do so many people I know from China have multiple passports, lol..

FLU are you aware of this. They are coming for you. Stay safe my friend
Dude…That’s what the 2nd amendment is for.
CoronitaParticipant

Obama was a great President. But he could have done a lot more. He tried to compromise with Republicans so he wasted a lot of political capital for nothing. Bernie knows that.
Bernie is angry. We deserve strong and rich. Bring on Mini-Mike!
Bernie is an old guy. He looks like he’s about to croak. I don’t think America is ready for Grandpa President, any more so than President Pete.
CoronitaParticipant
What is wrong with Obama? He was one of the best Presidents. It’s funny how some of you were big Obama supporters, but you are now throwing him under the bus.
If you think Obama was a great President, I got a shovel ready green job for you. lol… Thanks for the weekend laugh, Brian.
CoronitaParticipant

I’d rather have Bernie over Pete. Pete would be a White gay Obama. Too compromising and lame.
The Democrats have a chance to nominate an answer to Trump and win. If Trump won because of Obama, Bernie can win because of Trump. Go Bernie!
FLU is right. Mayor Pete is more electable. Even Trump would vote for him.
You know what they say about guys in the closet. Come on out Brian
I personally don’t think it really matters who the Democrats choose as their candidate. Unless the economy melts down, it’s going to be tough to convince the American public alter course minus heavy leaning blue states. But Pete is someone I could vote for.

CoronitaParticipant

Wow, Toto washlet! You did spend some money to get electrical outlets near the toilets.
I put them into my furnished rentals as a wow factor. I get great reviews. Toto washlets are a great competitive advantage.
lol. No, you didn’t Brian. Your rentals are as real as your pilot’s license. Your funny. Tell us more stories please.
Picture, or it didn’t happen…
I put one in about 11 years ago, and expensed it as a medical necessity, with insurance covering part of it.
It comes in handy right after you had your colon taken out and before your small intestines took over the large intestine’s normal water absorption function, so you wouldn’t need to wipe your butt so frequently and get sore.
I would hardly consider it a “luxury”. Imho kinda gross to have water shoot up your ass, unless that’s your thing. I rarely use mine now.
The installation isn’t really that hard, and it’s not that hard to run a 110VAC wire, considering most of the bathrooms already have a light switch, so you just need to plum a normal AC wire from that to a new outlet next to the toilet. Not exactly rocket science. And these days the toilet bidet, as they are called, are cheap because there’s so many of them made in China now. Less than $200
