ParticipantYes and for every anecdote we have about so and so not paying their property taxes, there are thousands more that just plug along paying their 2% hike every year without a peep. Every year we have more and more places to collect property tax on as well. And if someone’s not paying, the recycling of the property will end up with payment, and then most likely a normal steady flow of taxes coming in on it again. The real mystery is why the schools still suck a** when around 40% of the taxes are allocated for them.
