ParticipantOh wow, that sucks jp!! And you had it paid off too and may have to go back to a car payment. Yeah, I’d be ticked. But I’m so glad it wasn’t more serious. Are you feeling OK now?
I’m another female manual only driver. NONE of my female friends drives one (I’m sure most CAN just don’t). But honestly not a whole ton of men in this area drive them either. I also ride dirt bikes and most of the women involved in off road sports ride quads. In both cases, I’m just choosing the one that I think is more fun to drive.
I had a convertible Mustang Cobra pre kiddos. We also owned a Viper for about a year pre kiddos too! We used to take it to the Carlsbad drag strip back when it was still open. I don’t think you can go wrong with Mustangs and you can get great deals on used Miatas vs. Boxters. But I have to admit, that new Camaro looks, well, bitchin’!
