ParticipantI’m just shocked at the speed in this market. I literally saw that house go on the market Sunday. My friend who wants to buy in that neighborhood was out of town that weekend. I contacted him Monday to tell him about the house because the size of that lot and the fact that it was on the market for way less than the other one in the neighborhood that is sitting (on a much smaller lot). As far as I know, he contacted the agent ASAP and was told it was already sold. Sure enough I did a drive by and saw a SOLD sign up. I was astonished!
