You guys are totally missing the point. Isn’t the whole backbone of NO on Prop 8 tolerance? It’s just proof that the tolerance only extends to those who have the same beliefs.

I think in general, most people don’t know the areas well that they bash. And I find I often don’t agree with the majority of people on areas they adore (especially if they are talking about big houses that all look alike on top of each other and the only shopping and eating to be had is in strip malls with chains). Do what makes you and your family happy. There’s nothing wrong with Oceanside, especially if you’re sending your kids to private schools!
