    “SDAppraiser: Since sales are substantially down, how is it that you & others are still as busy as 2005? My best friend is a mortgage broker in SD and his business has been in the toilet since early 2007.”

    Yeah, a real estate agent friend of mind said ” There’s nothing selling out there.” He has been in the business since before the last time around.

    I have noticed a house empty for 6 months. It’s been foreclosed on. It still is not on the mls. Could this be because of bancruptcy?
