ParticipantHave her sign up for email alerts from Progressive organizations like A New Way Forward, change.org, the Sierra Club, and Food and Water Watch. This will allow her to stay abreast of local events as well as important political issues.
It was through an email alert that I recently learned of a calling party to help defeat proposition 23. During the hour that I participated, I was able to convince 7 people to vote against prop 23. Most people I talked to were already against it, but it was very satisfying to be able to convince 7 undecided voters to vote against it.

ParticipantThe only true remedy to deflation is to tax wealth and to have a very high estate tax. This will allow for redistribution of wealth from the upper classes who are hoarding it to the lower, more productive classes who will spend and invest it.

Hyperbole. Do you have anything substanial? UC says AB32 will cost 1,000,000 jobs.
Can you provide a link to this report?

Tell how AB32 is going to create 500,000 jobs and what they will be?All the manufacturing is done in different states. Will it be 500,000 installers?
500,000 existing green energy jobs are at risk. Compare that to the 4,000 employees of Valero and Tesoro, two massively polluting companies who have contributed the most money to try and bamboozle the public into voting for prop 23.
