I don’t think it’s about party. It’s about what is right and what is wrong. I really don’t know how you can support W’s policies in these matters. I don’t care if a few of these folks were terrorists — we’re Americans and we don’t torture people or imprison and keep them without due process because W and his appointee’s decided we could. Five, ten, 20 years from now this will stain this administration history.

Two minutes to the 56, 5 minutes to the 5, 10 minutes to the beach. Five minutes to two large shopping centers with supermarkets, restaurants, boutique and services.

I refinanced last January, 15 year convention at 5.375. Outstanding balance is $337k; house will probably appraise in the mid-600’s in today’s market.

Great fico, very good annual income, at the same job 20+ years. Hope to retire in 10 years, plan to live in this house at least 10 years if not forever.

Does it makes sense to refi now?
