Good to have that confirmation. I suspected they were few based on what was for sale. But it is good to know I shouldn’t hold my breath for larger ones to come on the market.

He said it gets better by Mira Mesa. I also heard about Sabre Springs, but it sort of doesn’t feel like a community, but a pure bedroom community with nothing in it but the houses.
