barnaby33ParticipantI work across the street. Run away from them! Wood frame construction, right on Heart attack alley. No real amenities, fairly high HOA’s, and if those are the “Builder short sale” prices, they are smoking crack.
I see that stupid sign and kept meaning to walk over and get a new price sheet, but at those prices (still), never mind.
They’ll make good apartments.

barnaby33ParticipantNostradamus, its not necessary. Its more pleasurable. As long as you enjoy the two, then there is no right or wrong answer. What I’ve learned to appreciate is food and wine that compliment each other. That means making sure that the wine doesn’t overpower the food, and vice versa. The first time you have a pairing that sings together, you’ll know. If its not a big deal to you, then its not about refined so much as unimportant to you.
No good ever comes from letting your buddies raid your wine cellar, ouch.

barnaby33ParticipantI’ve never had Cinq Cepages, though I understand its a nice wine. Question is, what did you eat with it? 01 is my favorite year for Napa and surrounding areas. You had to try and make bad wine that year.
On an related note, tonight is my 4 year (dating) anniversary with Jody. I’m making Cuban black bean soup, blackened chicken and a 96 Lavaux St Jacques Burgundy.

barnaby33ParticipantWhen the 50 (dma) gets close to the 200 (dma) its a pretty safe bet to re-short. Other than that you’re going to have to get more specific.
I also like SRS at 52.
