    Amex not so gooder right now. I’m having a dispute with a gym in Sydney and Amex is NOT backing me up. They are insisting I provide proof I ended my membership as opposed to taking my side.

    My comment about rentals had nothing to do at all with Dr Hortons plans. I made the comment based on what they built, how they built it and the types of floor plans offered for the stratospheric prices advertised.

    My comment about rentals had nothing to do at all with Dr Hortons plans. I made the comment based on what they built, how they built it and the types of floor plans offered for the stratospheric prices advertised.

    I work across the street. Run away from them! Wood frame construction, right on Heart attack alley. No real amenities, fairly high HOA’s, and if those are the “Builder short sale” prices, they are smoking crack.

    I see that stupid sign and kept meaning to walk over and get a new price sheet, but at those prices (still), never mind.

    They’ll make good apartments.
