Participant
That is good to know. It will make me vote for her. As a legal immigrant, I supported Trump’s position on illegal immigration issue. This country is supposed to one where people follow laws, which is why I wanted to immigrate here.
Would you have voted for Scott Peters if she didn’t endorse him?

Participant
You don’t need a list.
Every Republican that has any political standing is going to endorse Trump before it’s over.
In 2016, there are no Republicans with any moral courage.
Kevin Faulconer. I would say being a Mayor is pretty high political standing, wouldn’t you?June 1, 2016 at 8:51 PM in reply to: OT: Does anyone have a list of local politicians that are endorsing Trump? #798185an
Participant
I attended a meeting with Denise Gitsham in Sorrento Valley two weeks ago. Someone asked this question. She clearly said that she would not support Donald Trump.
John Horst stated he supports Trump when I asked.
Denise Gitsham – I sent her Facebook page a message regarding her support for Trump with no reply. So, I’m assuming yes.Which means I will be voting for Scott Peters.

Interesting. Then I wonder why she didn’t respond to my message while clearly responding to other. I’ll try again.
Well, looks like she disagree with what she said to you and the other people two weeks ago: http://www.kusi.com/clip/12475602/candidate-for-52nd-congressional-district-denise-gitsham.

This trolley extension might help West UTC, West Clairemont and East PB. Shame they cannot extend past UCSD into Mira Mesa.
That is in the plan: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/San_Diego_Trolley. The plan has a trolley station at the new Stone Creek development.

ParticipantAh, ic. I never had European, so I don’t know the history of their Euro blend. I used 0w20, 5w20, 5w30, and 10w30 and they all were in the mid $20s. But they were all for Japanese cars. I didn’t know European version were $10 more. Good to know that it’s now at the same price as the non-Euro blend.
BTW, I’m assuming you’re talking about the 5-quarter jug, right? 5-quart = 1.25 gallon.
an
Participantflu, I don’t know where you got your $8/quarter from, but I’ve been getting my Mobil1 Synthetic from Walmart for ages now and they range between $23-26 for a 5-quart jug. $22 for a 5-quart jug is definitely a new low though.

If people aren’t buying houses: BUILD FEWER HOUSES. Rednecks in the ticky-tacky box-building industry aren’t owed a job, last I checked.
Exactly, spdrun. Thank you.
Really? And where do you expect them to live? On the street? Just because they don’t want to buy a house doesn’t mean they don’t want to live in a house.an
ParticipantNope. We’ll just have to agree it disagree. I don’t think this is that big of a problem and will have it resolved sooner rather than later. I’m pretty sure the majority of Californian will rather pay more to maintain or improve their quality of life instead of do nothing and reduce their quality of life. So the pressure from the public will be, find more sources of water even if it’ll cost more. The time for cheap water is over but I firmly believe we’ll have this water problem solved.

Participant
I was going to answer but you declared end of discussion.
The answer depends:
A for the lazy or indifferent.
B for nervous, uncertain, or bullied.
C for the cash rich and settled.
That explains everything.

Who said anything about worrying? When you’re ignoring facts, it’s because you want to leave the house… got it.an
Participant

Long thread, skipped most of it.
This is simple, if you’re currently around $400k on balance and at 4%, you can get a better rate, lower payment AND let the lenders pay for it. Aka free. Sure, you could do better, but you have to pay for that.
Don’t let great be the enemy of good.
That makes sense if you ignore the fact that every loan is about paying for money.
Up front vs over life of the loan. Participant
How come nobody wants to sell their San Diego home, cash in and retire out of state? Thats what I’d do if I was sitting on a gold mine of equity.
If you want to cash in on that gold mine, why not just do a reverse mortgage or cash-out refi instead of selling and moving? You’re already living in paradise, why move, if your only reason is to cash in on the gold mine?
