Participant
How do you find the listing agents? If i go to RealtyTrac, it requires an account to get the info. Is there an easier way to find the listing agents, or do I need to pay for a RealtryTrac membership?
Also, if banks start releasing mroe properties how do we find out which companies they were realeased to manage them? I would like to get in touch with the listing agents as quickly as possible.
The listing agency is available on sdlookup.com, redfin.com… Bing! the agency to get their phone number, call the number and ask them to talk to the listing agent. I did this at least ten times in 2008/2009 and it worked every time.

That’s easy – Obama should nationalize local BP operations and either use Executive Order or take a deep breath, dive down and close the spill.
I don’t know if this is a joke or not, other than the last few words. How would nationalizing BP solve anything?
It was a joke.
But the guy who teaches public policy at Berkeley did not sound like he is joking the other day.
If the government can take over giant global insurer AIG and the auto giant General Motors and replace their CEOs in order to keep them financially solvent, it should be able to put BP’s North American operations into temporary receivership in order to stop one of the worst environmental disasters in U.S. history.
