    We can’t have *everyone* getting their cheap thrills by trolling on the boards … otherwise we’d look like the Yahoo! Finance forums or something. Or even Mortgage Insider (where I got uninvited by calling out Matthew Padilla himself as a troll).

    I’d guess that job posting is all about proving there aren’t any qualified U.S. workers to take the job … “We looked and looked for months and no qualified candidates replied!”

    USAA is listing (corrected) 4.5% with no points or 4.75% with 1 full point back. I’m happy with the deal I got from them but I will readily admit the processors and underwriters could’ve used a bit of a headspace and timing adjustment.

    Hmmm, might be time to refinance already …
