ParticipantCongrats, and enjoy! It’s been about 4 months since we bought, and other than minor fixes/upgrades/repairs taking up 100% of what little spare time and money we have, we see the light at then end of our little tunnel of projects and soon we will be able to enjoy. If it sounds like I’m complaining, I’m not. There’s something satisfying about putting a little TLC into your own place, despite all the blood, sweat, and tears it may take.
So again, congrats!

ParticipantNo doubt, SF is a great city. I went up there one week per month for about a year last year so it became my second home. SF can have their Asian food, but they can’t touch our Mexican. Or our beer.

ParticipantOr you can just do like me and work for a SF startup from the comfort of your home in sunny San Diego. You get all that excitement, intellectual stimulation, and tech-sector-startup-money without all that fog, cold , mist, moustached-hipsters, and stinky bike messengers.
SSH/SVN/Skype/Basecamp/GoogleApps FTW!
