Looks the HSR will go I15 corridor and turn west at mira mar. Do you think it will impact the value of property along the I-15 corridor, for example in rancho bernardo, PQ, and Scripps Ranch?

I think they will spend all their money on the line from nowhere to nowhere (i.e. http://www.newgeography.com/content/001919-building-train-nowhere ). After that bond market will shut down for them and no more lines will be built. The line to San Diego is not even officially planned.

which is weird because LA-SAN is probably the most ridership they can have but they are not even planning to build it 🙂 ! Just shows how screwed up things are!
