I have a friend who lives in the 100 block of Ocean Dr. She actually bought a 70’s house and restored it because so many were being torn down and McMansions replaced them. She is waling distance to the Del and right next to the beach. Her only problem with “Nado” is the traffic and late night partying at Sunset Park. Otherwise, she loves it and she grew up in Coronado. She likes the small town atmosphere and the traditions being kept like the July 4th parade. It is a great place to live if you can afford it there.
I just looked it up. It was built in 1959!

I heard there might be some kind of attempt to prevent small backyard producers from selling or giving away their food in a bill, but I could not find it to verify. Farmer’s markets seems to be one of the better places to get fresh produce, honey, etc. This has been discussed before, but I would like to put aspartame on the contributing to obesity. Some doctors consider it a deadly neurotoxin.
